You crack an egg into the cup and then empty the pouches into the cup. A lot of packaging, but he said it tasted ok. Simply crack a fresh egg over the chopped veggies, shredded cheese, meats and Ore Ida Potatoes and then stir, microwave, and eat! The overall flavor was a little lame.

This is by far the worst breakfast bowl we have ever eaten, and we have tried many of them. It might be great for a single person who needs to grab something quick in the morning, but definitely not for most people who want something enjoyable to eat in the morning. It doesn't cook nearly as fast as the instructions state, in fact it takes almost twice the instruction time to get it completely cooked. It has no flavor at all. It is totally bland. You can't taste anything but potato and bell pepper. Even Walmart's store brand breakfast bowl is much better. Product or Service Mentioned: Reason of review: Bad quality. Preferred solution: Full refund. A tablespoon of potatoes, cheese and some meat substitute does not a breakfast make. They pay more for the jazzy looking packaging than for all the contents 50 cents worth is being generous. Since it has such a short shelf life anyway, why not include the egg?
